Scope & Limitations

All calibration, metrology, and audit services described on this portal are strictly limited to industrial hardware, mechanical tooling, and physical measurement systems. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or representation related to financial modeling, actuarial science, insurance risk calculation, or software development. The domain name actuariesdigital.com is used for brand identity only and does not imply any affiliation with actuarial or financial services.

Calibration certificates and audit reports issued by our team are valid only for the specific equipment, environmental conditions, and reference standards documented at the time of service. Any modification, relocation, or change in operating conditions of the calibrated instrument may void the certification. Clients are responsible for maintaining equipment within the stated environmental tolerances.

Our metrology audits assess mechanical tolerances and sensor performance against industry-standard benchmarks (ISO 17025, ASME B89, IEC 60751). These audits do not replace legal or regulatory compliance inspections required by local authorities. We recommend that clients consult their own quality assurance teams to determine the applicability of our findings to their specific regulatory obligations.

Thermal resistance testing follows dry-block and bath calibration methods as described in our published protocols. Results are reported with associated measurement uncertainty. Any use of these results for safety-critical systems must be independently verified by the client’s engineering team. We disclaim liability for decisions made solely on the basis of our test data without such verification.

All service agreements are governed by the terms and conditions provided at the time of contract. In the event of any discrepancy between this page and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail. We reserve the right to update these definitions and limitations without prior notice; the version in effect at the time of service shall apply.

Precision Metrology & Calibration Services

Every service is built around real shop-floor constraints — from thermal drift compensation to sub-micron alignment verification.

CNC Lathe Alignment

Sub-micron spindle runout measurement and thermal compensation for rotational machining. Reduces scrap rates and extends tool life in aerospace and automotive production.

Sensor Thermal Drift Testing

Dry-block and bath calibration for industrial process sensors. Verifies accuracy across extreme temperature ranges to ensure safety in chemical plants and refineries.

Assembly Line Tolerance Audits

On-floor metrology audits that identify root causes of mechanical defects. Covers planning, instrument selection, data collection, and actionable reporting for automotive and electronics lines.

Electronic Caliber Verification

High-precision testing of digital calipers, micrometers, and height gauges against certified reference standards. Full traceability to national metrology institutes.

Thermal Resistance Profiling

Characterization of RTDs, thermocouples, and thermistors under controlled ramp-and-soak cycles. Delivers drift curves and uncertainty budgets for critical process loops.

Mechanical Hardness & Force Calibration

Calibration of Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers hardness testers plus force gauges used in material testing labs. Ensures compliance with ASTM and ISO standards.

Client Feedback

What our partners say about precision audits and calibration work.

“We contracted Actuariesdigital to audit the mechanical tolerances on our engine block assembly line. Their team identified three critical alignment issues that were causing intermittent quality failures. After recalibration, our defect rate dropped by 18% within the first month.”

— Ricardo Menezes

Production Manager, AeroTech Components

“Their thermal resistance testing on our refinery sensors was thorough and well-documented. The report included drift curves for each sensor type and clear recommendations for replacement intervals. This has directly improved our process safety metrics.”

— Elena Voss

Process Safety Lead, Northern Refining Co.

“We needed a third-party calibration verification for our electronic calibers used in final inspection. Actuariesdigital completed the batch of 140 instruments in two days and flagged four units that were outside acceptable tolerance. Fast, precise, and no-nonsense.”

— James Okonkwo

Quality Assurance Director, MedTech Precision
