You are responsible for ensuring that the equipment or environment submitted for calibration or audit meets the minimum safety and access requirements specified in our service agreement. Any misuse of calibration data or equipment is your sole responsibility.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided. We are not liable for indirect damages, production losses, or consequential damages arising from the use of calibration results or audit reports. All service results are provided on an "as-is" basis based on the conditions present at the time of testing.
All calibration protocols, audit methodologies, reports, and technical documentation produced by Actuariesdigital remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-transferable license to use the results for your internal quality assurance purposes. Redistribution or commercial resale of our reports without written consent is prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if you violate these terms, provide false information, or create unsafe working conditions for our technicians. In such cases, no refund will be issued for services already performed. You may terminate a service agreement with written notice, subject to cancellation fees for scheduled on-site visits.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on this page.
